During the business transformation, intelligentilisation is also taken into account. Starting in 2010, SZBG has started building and using an intelligent dispatch system to manage its bus fleet. With the help of the system, we were given the ability to collect operational information such as location and remaining battery of individual vehicle, and other information which would help us in route service optimisation.
Over the years, we kept developing and integrating different modules into the system, and in 2019, the system has grown into a final product, the Intelligent Transportation Platform, to manage’ virtually all businesses within the company.
