During the epidemic, the Training Department of Shenzhen Bus Group (SZBG)  rolled out an online training programme to help its staff members adapt to the new normal and to deal with new situations and issues related to Covid-19. Staff can do their training at their own time and pace on their mobile devices.

To further enrich the form of online training, live streaming has been added based on the original function of the system. The live streaming function provides technical support for SZBG’s online training business. It also serves as an efficient tool for online staff training and meetings. Staff’s training subsidy program application is also installed on this important platform.

 The number of active users in SZBG has reached 29,000 person-times, with 23,474 monthly logins and a log-in rate of 78.75% since the launch of SZBG Online Training System. The system has basically completed the full coverage of employees making it the most used intelligent system in SZBG.  At the same time, the system also gathered the functions of budget management, training implementation management, driver recruitment & training management, online learning, etc..
