24 Oct, 2023 - Governor of California Gavin Newsom has visited Antuo Hill Bus Depot at Shenzhen Bus Group to see firsthand bus electrification and learn more about the city's all-electric bus fleet, Shenzhen was the first major city around the world to transition to an all-electric bus fleet and taxi fleet, with around 16,000 electric buses. And Newsom's priorities are getting to know more about the requirements to support such a big green system, and to reinforce partnerships.

The Antuo Hill Depot is one of the 10 most beautiful bus depots of Shenzhen Bus Group, and boasts the largest scale of bus charging facilities in the entire group. It is also equipped with an advanced intelligent management system and houses a smart dispatch management center.

You know we have a very huge bus fleet, we cannot afford at the beginning to have one terminal for one bus, so we had to develop multi-gun on charge and technology."
