2026-01-09
With the final shuttle service arriving safely at Shenzhen Airport on 22 November, 2025, Shenzhen Bus Group has successfully completed its transport support service for the 15th National Games and Paralympic Games.
Throughout the event period, the Group provided organized, punctual and reliable transport services for Games-related personnel, supported by the following operational scale:
- · 553 dedicated service routes
- · Over 1,300 vehicles deployed
- · More than 2,000 staff on duty on a 24-hour basis
- · Over 24,000 shuttle trips completed
- · More than 213,000 accredited participants transported
These services ensured mobility for competition staff, volunteers and other participants, forming a safe, efficient and green transport network for the Games.
Technology-Enabled Coordination
The Games involved a dense competition schedule and frequent cross-venue travel. To manage these requirements, Shenzhen Bus Group applied vehicle networking, big-data-based tools and AI-supported dispatching to build an integrated smart scheduling platform.
The system enabled real-time monitoring of vehicles, traffic and passenger flows, supporting dynamic scheduling and rapid response to operational needs. This ensured that both planned and interim journeys were delivered safely and efficiently.

Low-Carbon Fleet Operations
In line with the event’s sustainability goals, the Group deployed a fleet of over 1,300 vehicles across seven categories of services, including new-energy buses, accessible vehicles and business reception coaches. These provided zero-emission, low-noise and comfortable transport services, helping embed low-carbon mobility throughout the Games.
